Blaine Bartlett, President and CEO of Avatar Resources, Inc., is a major innovative voice in the areas of leadership development, organizational development, and change management.

In the early 1980’s, he managed the business and international consulting division of one of the largest Human Resource Development and Consulting organizations in Asia. He is an Associate Professor at China’s Beijing University, and a Senior Partner with GoldBusters Oy, an innovative consulting firm headquartered in Helsinki that he helped found in 1990.
